Eric joined Predators Lacrosse in 2020 as the Youth Director of the Westchester Boys Program. Under his leadership, the youth program experienced rapid growth, expanding its number of teams and raising the level of competition. In 2023, Eric was appointed as the first-ever CEO of Predators Lacrosse. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages program directors, and focuses on the program's long-term success.

Eric grew up in Mamaroneck and attended Mamaroneck High School, where he tallied 214 points during his career. He earned All-League and All-Section honors in his sophomore, junior, and senior years and was named an All-American in his senior year. Eric was also recognized as a 2016 MSG Varsity Hudson Valley First Team honoree. After high school, Eric continued his lacrosse career at Lehigh University. In addition to his playing career, Eric founded E-LAX Training, a player development company. Over the past eight years, he has trained thousands of athletes of all ages and skill levels across the Westchester, NYC, and Fairfield County areas.

PREDATORS NATIONAL TEAMS

Starting in the 2024-2025 season we will be offering Predators National Teams for the 30's, 31's and 32's which will consist of the best players from our Westchester, New York City and Baltimore Teams. This will be an invite only team with a rigorous selection process. Each National Team will go to two National Tournaments, Sandstorm Lacrosse Festival in California and Naptown Challenge in Maryland.
