CLUB TEAMS PREDS 2031

Matt Erfle was born in the Philadelphia area and grew up in West Chester Pennsylvania. He attended West Chester East high school and graduated in 2017. Matt was a 4-year starter and 3-year captain for W.C. East. Playing at the LSM position, Matt was a 3x 1st team all-league selection, 3x team MVP, 2x academic all American, and 1st team all-state and all-EPLCA team, and George Kruse award winner his senior year. Matt was also a 2x 1st-team all league selection for linebacker in football, team MVP, and team leader in sacks and tackles his senior year.

Matt continued his lacrosse career at Dartmouth college where he was a four year starter at the LSM position. After starting off the 2020 season with a 3-1 record, Dartmouth’s best start in over a decade, the remainder of the 2020 season and 2021 season were cut short due to Covid-19. Matt graduated in 2021 and was awarded the “iron pine” award for most fit and pound for pound strongest player on the team.

Matt now resides in Manhattan and works in asset management for Swiss Re.

Coach Carroll played his college ball at the University of Michigan where he was a starter since his Freshman year, playing defense and graduating in 2021. Additionally, Coach Carroll played high school ball at West Chester East High School in the Philly suburbs of Pennsylvania, where he was All-State and helped bring a high school program that had won only five games in the four years before he got there, to being a consistent playoff contender. JD currently live in Manhattan and is excited to get the opportunity to help grow the sport and coach the next generation of lacrosse players!
